A 65-year-old female patient demonstrated bilateral breast enlargement (hypertrophy). She consulted with me to discuss breast reduction surgery. Her complaints stemmed from back pain, shoulder grooves from bras, and skin irritation on the underside of her breasts. She had approximately 800g of breast removed from each breast.
