This patient in her 30's presented to my office with complaints of ptotic or drooping breasts as well as a breast size that is smaller than desired. She underwent a breast lift (mastopexy) and augmentation with silicone implants (475cc) to enhance her upper pole (cleavage), and liposuction of her chest wall to define the side breast.
