This patient, a healthy adult woman, wanted to address persistent fat deposits and excess skin around her waist following two pregnancies. Despite maintaining a healthy lifestyle, she found the contours of her midsection did not reflect her fitness. She was particularly bothered by areas around her braline and hips, wishing for a smoother silhouette and more defined curves.

To achieve these goals, the patient elected to undergo a tummy tuck and liposuction procedure. The tummy tuck removed extra skin and tightened the abdominal area while liposuction targeted stubborn fat at the braline and hips. The combination of these procedures provided a more contoured waistline, aligning more closely with the patient's desired shape.
