After undergoing weight loss surgery and losing 180 lbs this patient was left with excess skin on her arms. She came for a consultation to discuss an arm lift or a brachioplasty. Dr. Ablavsky performed an extended brachioplasty to remove the excess skin of her arm, armpit, as well as on the lateral chest (side of her chest).
